1. Select the Marriage Registrar Office of your Taluka of Residence within Goa
2. Marriage can be registered as a Civil or Canonical.
3. Scanned Copy of the following are made to be available :
   • Photograph of Bride and Groom.
   • Document of Birth Certificate of Bride and Groom.
   • Document for proof of residence, Residence certificate issued for the purpose of marriage registration to be uploaded by any one party. The date of issue of the certificate to be within one month from the date of uploading the application also the appointment for the first declaration signing to be taken within one month from the date of issue of the Residence certificate.
   • Document Proof of Identity of Bride and Groom.
   • Document Proof of Witness if applicable.
   • Disability certificate is required in case of Physical Inability.
4. Documents required for registartion of Marriage of Foreign Nationals
   • Court Order from the court.
   • Passport Copy.
   • OCI if any.
   • Any other relevant documents.
5. Notarized affidavit in case one party is born outside Goa stating all personal details.
6. Do not share Password or OTP with anyone
7. Applicants are advised to fill in their correct and active Mobile No in the online application.
8. Appointment to be booked within one month from the date of issue of the residence certificate, or fresh residence certificate to be carried for the declaration signing appointment.
